Results generated by the Service — including any score, label, or assessment — reflect publicly available technical signals at the time of the query and should be interpreted as one input among many when evaluating the trustworthiness of a website. They are not a definitive determination that any website is safe, fraudulent, legitimate, or otherwise.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Automated or bulk querying of the Service beyond normal human browsing behavior without prior written consent.

ScamPageFinder does not maintain a proprietary database of domain assessments. Scores and labels are generated algorithmically from raw technical data and do not represent editorial opinions, human review, or verified factual determinations about any domain or the entity operating it.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions, outages, or delays in the availability of the Service.
